MANUFACTURING WARRANTY 

Terms & Conditions

1) Gryfiny provides 6 months manufacturing warranty
2) To avail warranty policy, WhatsApp us at +91 90824 10089 with the reason for availing this warranty along with the product images or videos. Kindly mention your name, number, email, and order number.
3) Once the email is sent, Gryfiny will verify & start the warranty process within 2 working days.
4) After the email is verified the customer should self-ship the product to our warehouse
5) The repair will start 2 to 3 business days after receiving and reviewing the product by our QC team. The buyer will get notified once the product is shipped from our end. The shipping cost is borne by Gryfiny.
6) The serviced product will be received by the buyer after 6 to 8 business days of repairing by our team. The buyer can track their product status.
7) The policy covers any manufacturing defects & plating issues due to normal wear and tear. Refer to our Jewelry Care Instructions to prolong your product life.
8) The warranty policy doesn't cover stolen or lost items also defects and damage due to any physical damage caused by any accident.
9) In case you have purchased a GRYFINY product from anywhere other than the GRYFINY Website, the warranty policies of your source of purchase shall apply.
10) No Instagram or Facebook message can start this warranty a proper email is required.
