Terms & Conditions
We offer a 7 day return policy for unused and unworn jewellery in exchange for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your jewellery must be in the same condition as that when you received it, unworn and unused, in its original packaging (with the invoice).

To initiate a return, you can contact us at care@gryfiny.com or Whatsapp us at +91 90824 10089 (photos of the product are necessary).

We will guide you through the return process once you get in touch with us.

Please note the below products are not eligible for return or exchange

- We do not accept returns for size issues as the sizing for each product has been mentioned in the description of the product.

- If a product is customized or engraved returns will not be accepted.

 If the product has been ordered with fall

If we are unsatisfied with the reason for the return, we shall reserve the right to reject the return of the Product.
(Returns initiated should be self shipped by the buyer) 

Note: Original shipping fees, duties and/or taxes are non-refundable and will not be included in the credited amount.

Exchange Policy

Gryfiny products are made by skilled craftsmen. A product goes through 2 levels of quality check conducted by a dedicated QC team. We take extreme care of the product, however there is a small chance of the product getting damaged in transit.
If you ever receive a damaged piece kindly follow the below steps to avail your exchange.


Exchange policy has a timeline of 24 hours after delivery of your product.
In case you have received a damaged product you can get in touch with us within 24 hours after the delivery in order to return it.
You would have to send us images/videos of the product; this will help us get an understanding of the issue.

If accepted, a replacement product (the same one that you had purchased) would be sent to you as soon as possible.
